  • Squat Overhead Press x 10

  • Renegade Rows x 8 each side

  • Tricep Hinge Kickbacks x 10

  • Dumbbell Burpee x 8

  • Single Leg Deadlift x 8 each side

  • Arnold Press x 8

  • Romanian Deadlift x 12

  • Chest Press with Glute Bridge x 12

  • Russian Twist x 12 each side

Repeat 3 times!

You can modify in many ways, including raising or lowering the number of sets and reps, and adjusting your weights.
