Renegade Rows x 8 each side
Tricep Hinge Kickbacks x 10
Dumbbell Burpee x 8
Single Leg Deadlift x 8 each side
Arnold Press x 8
Romanian Deadlift x 12
Chest Press with Glute Bridge x 12
Russian Twist x 12 each side
Repeat 3 times!

You can modify in many ways, including raising or lowering the number of sets and reps, and adjusting your weights.
