Booty Bonanza
Building a booty is something a majority of my clients claim as a fitness goal. I mean who doesn’t want a stronger, tighter bum!? This workout is great for building strength in our glutes and hamstrings. Many of us are “quad dominant” because we sit at a desk all day. This means we really need to work on that glute activation!
If you sit all day, this is a great workout for you. Be sure to focus on engaging your glute muscles (butt muscles) during these exercises so as to not overwork your quads.
Booty Bonanza
Glute bridge x 12
Donkey Kicks x 12 each side
Fire hydrants x 12 each side
Sumo Squat x 12
Cossack Squat x 12 each side
Squat Jumps x 30 seconds
Broad Jumps x 30 seconds
Repeat 3-4 times
